Noon launched a mobile wallet called “Noon Pay” in the UAE. Noon has worked on this for more than a year without any publicity. Earlier in 2020, Noon has received preliminary approval from the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA). After launching a mobile wallet in the UAE, Saudi Arabia will launch Noon payment. In the UAE, the mobile wallet can be used as a dedicated application (for iOS and Android). Users can scan QR codes to pay at partner locations and pay for Noon cash on delivery orders, recharge their mobile phones in the UAE and more than 50 other countries / Region, and recharge Salik (Dubai’s electronic toll road system) account or purchase its recharge card. Users can add funds to Noon Pay by linking their debit or credit cards (Visa and Mastercard). Noon Pay has partnered with multiple companies to provide many other services in its app. The partnership with Mr. Usta allows users to book different household services, including cleaning, air conditioning maintenance, porter, handyman and pest control. With the help of VoucherSkout, it offers deals (discounts up to 50%) from different brands and stores (including restaurants, spas and stadiums). The app also allows users to book air tickets through Cleartrip and movie tickets from Reel Cinemas.

Noon announced that it has cooperated with Mashreq Bank to issue a co-branded credit card, purchased through Noon VIP members, and will provide users with up to 3.5% cash back.

On January 26, 2021, EZDubai, a dedicated e-commerce zone in southern Dubai, announced the expansion of and the launch of a new customer fulfillment facility. Noon’s new warehouse will utilize EZDubai’s series of logistics facilities and business solutions to expand its business and continue to drive national growth. Further support the growth of local SMEs and entrepreneurs who rely on Noon as their digital platform.
